A good seed can grow good crops, and high-quality crops can ensure food safety and public health and enhance the agricultural economy. What kinds of conventional and new technology could provide high-quality seeds? What kinds of methods could distinguish between good and bad seeds? What are the science behind these technologies? How will the technologies of seed improvement and seed testing affect agriculture in Hong Kong and the world?
