Alumnus Sharing
Physics Department has provided a very supportive environment for students, including me, to study effectively. Teaching assistants are helpful and always discuss physics topics with us in tutorials. Many Physics teachers offer undergraduate students opportunities with exposure to early research. The Department offers a wide range of learning activities, both locally and overseas to us, such as summer research internship and overseas research opportunities. I have joined a study tour to visit the European Organization for Nuclear Research called CERN and other research facilities in Switzerland, which undoubtedly helped increase my understanding of how scientists carry out their work. All in all, I would say CUHK is a great place to learn and a place provides international opportunities and perspectives.
