Abstract: I will review a network inference problem motivated by the study of signaling networks in cell biology. After a review of the nature of the structure inference problem in causal Bayesian network with experimental interventions, I will present an approach to this inference problem that uses Equi-energy sampling in order space and stream-based computation.
