Following dinner, we will enjoy a glimpse of the amazing cosmos thanks to the help of our friends at the Department of Physics and their telescopes!

20:45 – 21:45: event shuttle from Science Centre to University MTR Station
Eligible Persons: All CUHK Science alumni, staff, students, family and friends are welcome to join
Tickets: HK$300 per head [Online ticket sales have now closed. Please contact the Science Faculty Office for assistance.]
Table: 12 pax per table
Special Offer: 10% discount applicable if purchase 12 tickets at once. Discount is applicable to each table of 12 tickets; if the number of tickets is not cleanly divisible by 12, the remainder tickets shall be charged at full price of HK$300 per ticket.
Contingency Date: Sunday, 30 March 2025; venue and programme would be unchanged.
Inclement Weather Protocol: The safety of all event crew and participants is our top priority. While a marquee will cover the entire dinner area, the stargazing activity and boarding area for the shuttle bus are in open air. It is therefore crucial that we make clear the arrangements in the event of inclement weather. The event will be cancelled if there is a red/black rainstorm warning, or signal no. 3 or above tropical cyclone warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, or if the HKSAR Government announces an “extreme condition”, by 15:00 that day.
